Preventive inspection is spent two times a year.

Routine maintenance is at the same time with preventive inspection of the system and includes following works:

• Cleaning of all optical elements of beam delivery system, measurement of transmission coefficients of optical elements transmission (conclusions about their replacement) and its adjustment.
• Adjustment of targeting and focusing lasers, adjustment of tracking system videocamera.
• Test of galvanoscanner performance and matching of it’s co-ordinates system to given parameters.
• Measurement of parameters of radiation distribution.
• Measurement of working energy in operational mode.
• Checking, cleaning (replacement if it need) the mirrors of the laser resonator and its adjustment.
• Replacement of halogen filter.
• Calibration of energy of the laser and setting it’s internal parameters.
• Test of vacuum pump performance.
• Performance check of high-voltage thyratron and its consumption systems.
• Performance check gas vacuum system, electromagnetic valves and gas reducer.
