

Stability of environment - stability of results of operation!
- The system can operate only in climate controlled room with parameters:
- Air humidity not more than 60%; moisture condensation is not allowed;
- Temperature should be not higher than 30Ñ; it is advisable to equip the room with an air-conditioner capable to maintain air temperature in range 21-24Ñ.
Preparation of room
- Minimal dimensions: 3.5x4m
- Minimal doorway: 80cm
- The floor should have a rigid and smooth covering (tile):
- to allow loading of 500 kg (system) and 350 kg (the personnel);
- to reduce a room dust content to a minimum.
- The surface of a ceiling and walls should not allocate a dust, carpet coverings is prohibited.
- If room painting was made, system installation can be made only after definitive drying of a paint (in 2-3 weeks).
- The room should be equipped with exhaust and combined inflow-exhaust ventilation. Air stream should not get to a working zone, it can lead to deviations in system work.
- The door of the room must be equipped with a blocking lock, a sign: “Danger, laser in operation” and a mark of laser hazard is demanded.
- The room must be maintained in accordance with general hygienic requirements for operation rooms.
- The fire extinguisher should be in an easily available place.
- Recommendations for locating the system are given on the picture.
Notice: Operation the system in the room with excessive humidity can lead to improper results.
Electric requirements
Single-phase electric line with the following parameters: 220 V, 50 Hz, 10 A. Plug type: European.
Ventilation requirements
- the exhaust and combined inflow-exhaust ventilation should provide tenfold change of volume of air in a room for an hour,
- System should be connected to the exhaust system of the room, separated from the central ventilation system.
The excimer laser uses a gas premix with the low maintenance of fluorine. The vessel with a gas mix is installed in a hermetically compartment of laser system.
The cleaner or exhaust ventilation should be turned on comfortably by the switch located on a wall near the exit.
If there is a heater indoors or the air return from conditioner, the head of patient should be in a position preventing from the contact with a direct stream of hot air.
