Constant customer support throughout the entire life cycle of the laser equipment is one of the priorities at Optosystems. Our specialists are always ready to diagnose and troubleshoot in the shortest possible time.
We can sign a one-year after-sales maintenance contract with the customer. Under the contract, our specialists visit the installation site every three months. They carry out full examination and diagnosis of the system, after which a service engineer issues a report. Free repair can be carried out if necessary. Under the after-sales maintenance contract, defective parts are repaired and replaced free of charge. This does not involve supplies (gas with working mix) – they are purchased separately.
